To join the Marine Corps League as a regular member, you must have served in the United States Marine Corps or FMF Corpsmen for more than 90 days, and the character of your service has been honorable, and if discharged, you are  in receipt of an honorable discharge, and be willing to provide proof of service upon request.

To become an Associate Member of the Marine Corps League, you must support the aims and ideals of the Marine Corps League. Dues for Associate Members are the same as that of a Regular Member.

CERTIFICATION

By submitting this electronic application I hereby certify that I have served as a U.S. Marine or FMF Corpsmen  for more than 90 days, that the character of my service has been honorable, and if discharged, I am in receipt of an honorable discharge. By submitting  this application, I hereby agree to provide proof of honorable discharge/service (for Active Duty/Reserve Marines, a copy of your Military ID card, for Honorably discharged Marines a copy of your DD214). Proof of military service can be sent to the Detachment mailing address:
